proposed amendment of the H.K. &

Shanghai Bank Ordinances, and to

enclose, for the information of the

L.C. of H.M. Treasury, a copy of a

te. which has been sent to the 0.A.G.

of H.K. approving the introduction of

the Bill on the conditions suggested

in Treasury letter under acknowledgment.

the observations in the Treasury letter,

originally No.5 of 1866, it was
